Meet Our Team
Dr. Ralph Beadle grew up in Lucasville, Ohio and later attended Circleville Bible College for a Bachelor of Theology Degree, Asbury College for a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry Degree, and the University of Kentucky to work on a PhD in Biochemistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Kentucky in 1976 and attended the United States Army General Dental Practice Program.
Dr. Beadle has been married to his wife, Linda, since 1968. They have two daughters and six grandsons. In his free time he enjoys sports, reading, sudoku, helping out at church, farming, fishing, hunting and snow skiing.
Roger C. Worthington
In June 2016, Dr. Worthington joined Dr. Ralph Beadle and the team at 23 Dentistry. He grew up in South Shore (Greenup County), Kentucky and is happy to be home. He was awarded an ROTC scholarship and was a distinguished Military Graduate. He completed Airborne and Ranger schools as a cadet. He graduated from Morehead State University in Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Dental Degree from the University of Louisville. Dr. Worthington went on active duty and completed Special Forces School at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and served with the 1st Special Forces Group. He completed 23 years of active duty and did a two-year comprehensive dentistry residency. After assignments in Germany, Thailand, Bosnia, Hungary, Croatia and the U.S., Dr. Worthington retired from the service and owned Cardinal Dental in Enterprise, Alabama, where he practiced for 11 years.
Bradley R. Congleton
Dr. Congleton was born and raised in Louisville, KY in 1987. He received an Associate's Degree in Science at Jefferson Community and Technical College in 2009. He then transferred to the University of Louisville where he went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 2012 and a DMD in May, 2016. During his time in college, he accumulated over 250 hours as a tutor. In his free time, Dr. Congleton enjoys running at parks, playing basketball (casually and competitively) and fishing. We welcomed him to the 23 Dentistry team in August 2016!
Bev is treatment coordinator and team leader. She loves to help patients accomplish their treatment goals. She is a certified Carecredit counselor. Bev worked for Dr. Beadle from 1981-1984 and then again from 2003 to present. She is married to Greg, her childhood sweetheart. Their proudest accomplishments are their three grown children (Jordan, Rachel, and Kaitlyn) and their families. Jordan and his wife blessed them with their first grandchildren in April 2016 - twin girls! Bev and Greg are both members of the Flatwoods Church of Christ where they both teach Bible classes. Bev appreciates working for and with people who really care about each other and their patients!
Dana has been an assistant to Dr. Beadle since 1988. She has been married to her husband, Bill, since 1968 and has two daughters and four grandchildren. Her passion is caring for her family and her dental patients. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and boating with her family. She loves the opportunity to help people to feel good about themselves.
Crystal enjoys taking care of patients in person and by phone. She lives in Ashland where she attends Rose Hill Baptist Church. She and her husband, Scott, have a son Ethan who keeps her very busy with academics, sports, and church activities. Crystal graduated from Marshall University with an Associate Degree in Office Administration. She first worked for Dr. Beadle in 1999 and left to stay home when Ethan was born. When Ethan started kindergarten in 2007 Crystal rejoined the team.
Karen began her work experience at the front desk of a dental practice in another state. Over the past 25 years she has worked in various positions in the dental field and other areas. She has come full circle and joined the front desk team at 23 Beadle Dentistry in 2014. Karen and her husband Brian recently celebrated their 30th anniversary. They have 2 children, Aaron and Ali. In her spare time Karen enjoys outdoor activities including baseball and tennis.
Lisa was raised in Ashland and graduated from Paul G. Blazer High School. She graduated in 1977 from the University of Louisville with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been working in Ashland ever since. She has been with Dr. Beadle since 1995. Lisa volunteers every Tuesday night at the the Hospice Care Center in Ashland. She volunteers at the Hillcrest-Bruce Dental Clinic. Lisa is a lifelong member of South Ashland United Methodist Church where she serves as Sunday School Superintendent and sings in the Chancel Choir. Lisa loves UK basketball and Tomcat sports.
Sandra has been with Dr. Beadle since 2003. While working for Dr. Beadle, she received her expanded dental duties training at the University of Louisville. Sandra moved here from California in 2003 to marry her husband, Joshua, who has a son named Tanner. Sandra enjoys traveling with her husband and vacationing with her family in California.
Candi graduated from Leslie County High School in 1999. A short time after moving to Louisa, she began working for an Oral Surgeon as a surgery assistant. It was at this time that she discovered her passion for the dental field. She decided to further her education and in 2012 graduated from Big Sandy Community and Technical College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. In 2013 she joined Dr. Beadle’s team. Candi and her husband Donny live in Louisa with their three children, Ethan, Tylan and Paelyn. In their spare time, they love to travel and spend quality time with family making lasting memories.
Angela has been with our practice since July 2015. She graduated from Big Sandy Community and Technical College in 2012. Angela is married to Larry Clevenger; together they have two kids, Noah and Lexi. She and her husband are youth leaders at their church and enjoy teaching kids about Christ. In her spare time she enjoys crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Holly is a registered dental hygienist. She graduated from Shawnee State University in May of 2015. With God's help and guidance, she graduated at the top of her hygiene class. She joined our team in June 2016. While at home, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and pets. She and her husband do not have any children yet but hope to start a family in the future. Her hobbies include gardening, teaching Sunday school, and raising chickens and ducks. Holly loves being a hygienist because she believes you really can "use your smile to change the world!"
Christy has been an assistant for over 11 years and loves what she does! She is thankful to have met some amazing people in the years she has been in the dental field. She joined our team in August 2016. Christy is married and has four boys and one girl with ages ranging from 4 to 15. Their kids are active in sports, so that keeps her family very busy, but she wouldn't have it any other way! She also loves to bake, cook and spend time with her family.
Donna is a dental assistant. She took her training at The Institute of Medical and Dental Technology in Cincinnati, Ohio. She completed her training in December, 1998, and started working in the dental field in January, 1999. She joined our team in August, 2016. Donna loves the dental profession and helping our patients have beautiful smiles. She is married to Kevin and has a step daughter, a grandson and a granddaughter. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time.
